You can call TrueLine Fire and Safety at (217) 245-0733. We will be happy to place an order for you, work out any technical difficulties we can over the phone, or schedule an appointment or visit to your agency to discuss support and equipment solutions.

Electronic Mail

Email any of your orders or questions to your personal sales representative. If you do not have a sales rep, or forgot their email information, you can send any orders or questions to Luke Wheeler at LWheeler@truelinecommunications.com.

Snail Mail

While not as common as years past, we still accept orders through traditional mail and fax. Send us the equipment your agency needs, and we will call to confirm the order and get it ordered that same day.

Web and In-Store

While shopping directly off the TrueLine Fire and Safety site is not currently available, we are happy to accept any order you may have via email, telephone or via fax. Just jot down what supplies, equipment or tools you need, and we will place the order. Remember to include your contact information on any emails that you send to TrueLine Inc.

We also have a showroom for your convenience. Hesitant to purchase our water-proof ICOM radios without seeing a demonstration? Our showroom is open from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday and we would be happy to give you a live demonstration.
